Refund & Return Policy

Global Pyrite Export enforces a transparent and rigorous returns and refund framework for all shipments of Jewellery Grade Raw Pyrite Lump across India. This policy governs all retail store purchases, Cash on Delivery orders, Paynet online transactions, and custom sales agreements.

Last updated: 21 October 2026
Jurisdiction: Kolkata, India
Section 01

Core Principle: No Refund After Dispatch with Strict Exceptions

Due to the certified mineral grade, high-value nature, and specialized logistical assay protocols governing Jewellery Grade Raw Pyrite Lump shipments, orders dispatched from our facilities cannot be returned or refunded once in transit or delivered, except under strictly documented qualifying conditions.

A refund or replacement claim will only be entertained if the delivered mineral lot is proven to be wrong, visibly damaged during transit, or materially not-as-described, and must be submitted to our trade desk within exactly 7 calendar days of physical delivery.

  • ◇Dispatched mineral consignments are final sales by default under Indian mineral trading standards.
  • ◇Notice of discrepancy must be received within 7 days of package delivery at your destination address.
  • ◇Claims submitted after 7 calendar days from recorded courier delivery cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
  • ◇Pre-dispatch order cancellations must be requested before courier handover via the My Account order cancellation request portal.
Section 02

Eligible Conditions for Return and Refund Consideration

We accept returns and issue refunds exclusively for substantiated mineral delivery anomalies that compromise the integrity of the purchased lot prior to customer possession.

  • ◇Wrong specimen dispatched: Receipt of a mineral variety, grade tier, or total weight significantly diverging from the invoiced order.
  • ◇Transit breakage or damage: Physical fragmentation, structural crushing, or rupture of sealed protective packaging sustained during courier transit.
  • ◇Material misrepresentation: Substantial discrepancy between the verified mineral specifications and the physical lot delivered, excluding natural crystallization characteristics.
  • ◇Missing certified weight: Gross discrepancies in gram weight exceeding normal assay tolerances when compared to the certified shipping documentation.
Section 03

Non-Eligible Claims and Exclusions

To safeguard the integrity of certified mineral trading, Global Pyrite Export categorically excludes the following circumstances from returns, refunds, or replacement claims:

  • ◇Change of mind: Customer no longer desires the purchased mineral lot after order dispatch or delivery.
  • ◇Natural mineral variation: Pyrite is an unrefined natural mineral specimen; natural differences in golden metallic luster, brass hue, crystalline geometry, striated cubic faces, micro-fissures, and irregular lump contours are inherent and expected.
  • ◇Astrological, spiritual, or financial outcomes: Pyrite is sold strictly as a natural raw mineral specimen. We offer no guarantees, promises, or astrological endorsements regarding wealth accumulation, luck, money magnate attributes, or metaphysical efficacy.
  • ◇Opened, altered, or processed mineral lots: Specimen lumps that have been cut, tumbled, polished, chemically tested, altered, or separated from original security packaging.
  • ◇Courier transit delays: Unforeseeable transit scheduling delays by third-party domestic courier services beyond the control of Global Pyrite Export.
Section 04

Mandatory Evidence and Documentation Requirements

To prevent fraudulent disputes and ensure genuine buyer protection, every claim must be accompanied by comprehensive and unedited evidentiary proof compiled at the exact moment of parcel delivery.

Failure to provide the mandatory unboxing video or photographic proof will result in the immediate forfeiture and rejection of the refund claim.

  • ◇Continuous unboxing video: A single, uninterrupted, high-definition video showing the outer sealed parcel, courier airway bill label, tamper-evident seals intact, and the initial opening revealing the condition of the pyrite lumps inside.
  • ◇Sharp high-resolution photographs: Detailed macro photographs capturing damaged facets, shattered mineral fragments, damaged exterior boxes, or discrepancy indicators under bright white directional light.
  • ◇Order identification: The registered Global Pyrite Export order number, invoice reference, and associated customer contact details.
  • ◇Precision weight proof: Digital scale verification displaying total received gram weight on a calibrated balance, matching against billed gram specifications.
Section 05

Upon receipt of a complete claim submission, our quality assurance and logistics desk investigates the documentation against pre-dispatch inspection records, weighing logs, and courier tracking data.

Initial assessment is completed within 3 to 5 business days of ticket issuance. During this window, we may request secondary scale calibrations or courier delivery logs.

Formal written approval or rejection containing full operational justification will be communicated via official email and WhatsApp.

Section 07

Refund Settlement Methods and Disbursement Timelines

Approved refunds are executed through structured financial channels corresponding to the initial transaction payment method utilized at checkout.

All disbursements are processed promptly within 7 to 10 business days following formal claim approval.

  • ◇Paynet transactions: Refunds are credited directly back to the original Paynet account or card identifier used for the initial purchase. In accordance with Paynet Payment Terms, processing reflects within 7 to 10 business days depending on banking clearing networks.
  • ◇Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: COD orders that qualify for refund are reimbursed via electronic bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) directly to the verified bank account of the registered purchaser upon receipt of valid banking credentials.
  • ◇Currency: All settlements are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) in accordance with Indian banking standards and commercial invoicing.
  • ◇Deductions: Return courier transit costs caused by customer failure to accept delivery may be adjusted where permitted under the Terms & Conditions.
Section 08

Cancellation Prior to Courier Dispatch

Customers wishing to cancel an order prior to packaging and courier handover may do so through our website workflow.

Registered customers must navigate to the My Account portal on Global Pyrite Export, select the active pending order, and submit the formal cancellation request form (order_cancel_request).

Our administrative personnel will verify that the consignment has not been handed over to couriers, cancel the order in the system, and release funds according to the standard 7-10 business day timeline.

Once a courier tracking number has been generated and the parcel leaves our dispatch vault, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard 7-day post-delivery inspection rule applies.

Section 09

Refused Shipments and Uncollected Parcels

Refusing physical delivery upon courier arrival does not constitute a legitimate order cancellation or an automatic refund qualification.

If a parcel is refused at delivery without prior authorization from Global Pyrite Export, or if a shipment is returned due to incorrect recipient address details, the customer remains liable for return courier charges and warehouse handling fees.

Any residual refund calculation will only be determined after the parcel has been safely returned to our facility, inspected for mineral integrity, and had all courier transit expenses deducted.
